Kelly Bermingham MA, BCBA

Kelly Bermingham has been practicing in the field of ABA for more than 25 years. She received her BCBA in 2003. She is a published author who specializes in Early Intervention Program Development and Social Skills. She has completed research and written several blogs for Autism Speaks during her time at UCI. Kelly specializes in helping teen clients who struggle specifically with challenges in sex and puberty. She’s done loads of research to understand the obstacles that they face and what makes things so difficult for them in this area. She’s proficient at getting to the core of any issue that comes up and does her utmost to help her clients overcome their hardships. Kelly is passionate about helping ASD teens develop into fully functioning, emotionally healthy adults by guiding them in this area.

Gary Carone MS LLP LMSW BCBA LBA

Gary has over thirty years of experience working with all populations and propelling each client to great heights. Mr. Carone has worked in the mental health/human service field for over 30 years. Mr Carone was founder and past president of PsychSystems P.C., a 1200 client accredited (CARF) private organization that specialized in helping people with developmental disabilities and SMI. Mr Carone originated the ABA program with this group, and developed it into an 80 client program that spanned 5 Michigan counties. Mr. Carone was also a past member of the Monroe (MI) County Community Mental Health Board of Directors and was a past faculty member at the University of Michigan.

Ashley Carrigan, BCBA -PhD Candidate

Ashley has over a decade of experience working with individuals across the lifespan from a wide range of developmental, behavioral and mental health disorders in early intervention, educational and clinical settings. She obtained a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University, a MS degree in Behavior Analysis from TCSPP: Los Angeles campus and is currently a Doctoral Candidate completing her dissertation in Behavior Analysis research focusing on ACT at The Chicago School. She's worked in various positions in the field of behavior analysis, charter schools, and for non-profit early intervention programs as a therapist, BCBA and in leadership OBM roles.

Currently, she is employed at Achievements ABA Therapy, LLC in Atlanta, GA as the Director of Training & Development, overseeing clinical trainings, fieldwork supervision & professional development while also working with clients as a BCBA. Furthermore, she serves on the board for multiple organizations and committees. She is the founder & Executive Director of a consulting company, Center for Young Minds Behavior & Learning, LLC (CYMBL), which provides various services.

Dana Crucil MA, BCBA

During her time working for various funders she worked as a Senior Care Manager, coordinating care for members receiving ABA services across nationwide. Dana has extensive experience presenting at national conferences such as CAL ABA discussing insurance-based services and medical necessity criteria within the ABA industry. She is personally connected to the special need’s community by her life experiences with her Autistic younger sister. She strives to connect these experiences that have encouraged her to advocate for insurance-based services for her into adulthood, as well as, job skills training, and regional center-based services. Demonstrating her commitment to give back, she has worked on innovative ways to assist families with ASD as well as providing education to them on what additional services they should be seeking under various funding avenues. She believes that families, providers, and all funding sources should be able to work collaboratively together to obtain best outcomes for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities. Dana’s goal is to continue to bridge the gap between families, ABA providers, and funders by education and research driven decisions. It is her belief that all providers and funders should be held to higher standards so that all individuals on the spectrum can achieve best outcomes. Timothy Folley MS, BCBA

Experienced Behavior Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Applied Behavior Analysis, Developmental Disabilities, Trauma and Attachment Disorders, Brain Injury, Business Development, Behavioral Consultation, and Program Development. Strong healthcare services professional with a Master's Degree focused in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Southern Maine. Tim himself is no stranger to trauma. He worked through a bout of his own PTSD in 2017 from a behavior analytic perspective. While dealing with his own traumas, Tim dug deep to understand how the process works.

In 2019 Tim began working with the brain injury population. At that point, Tim saw clearly how this population also has deep-rooted trauma and attachment issues. They were able to benefit tremendously from his expertise in this area.

A veteran special educator with over 15 years of experience in both regular and special education. In her role as a special educator, BCBA, and Executive Function coach, Nechama has worked with a diverse range of clients with disabilities, including but not limited to those with ADHD, ASD, and learning disabilities. She has successfully coached teachers and parents in effectively supporting their students and children- implementing a variety of behavior initiatives, special education interventions, and home maintenance programs.

Veronica Glickman MA, MS, BCBA

Veronica began working with the adult population as an undergraduate student at Adelphi University in Long Island, NY, while working toward her Psychology degree by providing vocational training and placement.

Since that time, Veronica earned: a Master of Arts Degree in Experimental Psychology from the University of Hartford; a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University; and a Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Veronica’s experience spans from early childhood, 18 months through adulthood. She has created and supervised in-home and clinic-based ABA programs across the country, set up classrooms, trained professionals, and was an administrator in a therapeutic day school. Veronica also mentors and supervises students studying applied behavior analysis.

Veronica’s twenty-year plus tenure spans across four states: New York, Connecticut, California and Illinois. Upon diagnosing and recommending behavior analytic services in Illinois, Veronica found that there was a lack of service providers and in 2010, ABES, Inc. was born.

Janis Krempa MEd, BCBA

Janis Krempa became a BCBA in 2003. Janis has practiced ABA in many settings, including school, home, and community-based consultation for kids and adults on the autism spectrum and other developmental disorders. Her experiences with early intervention through young adulthood have informed her perspective- and continues to strive to "ask the right questions" to provide top-quality teaching, support, and collaboration. She co-authored “Social Sills Solutions: A Hans-On Manual for Teaching Social Skills to Children with Autism” which has become a touchstone resource in teaching social skills to children with autism.

Janis is currently working on 2023 updates to the SSS book including translations to Spanish, French and Portuguese. She is also working on short books for parents new to the diagnosis of ASD and also a BCBA Guide to Supervision. Janis teaches CEU professional development courses in the US & France. She is the owner of Building Steps Forward, a practice that focuses on building social skills, communication skills, self-advocacy and executive function support to young adults on the autism spectrum.

Maria R.S. Solis MPH, BCBA

Maria has served individuals with varying exceptionalities and their families since 2003. She is the executive director and founder of the Sasaki Behavioral Group (SBG, formerly known as the Reilly Behavioral Group). She has extensive experience working collaboratively and negotiating with school districts, regional centers, and insurance payers. As a small business owner, Maria is dedicated to maintaining a work-life balance and high quality of life for her team and the clients they serve. Central to this are their JEDIH values: social justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and cultural humility. Maria is a board member of APBA and serves on several CASP committees, including as the co-moderator of the Ethics SIG. Sara L. Stern is a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of NY. Previously, Sara L. was the clinical director of Proud Moments ABA Therapy, an insurance based company that provides ABA to clients in different settings. In the past, she’s also supervised cases involving children with ASD for close to 10 years at Classic Rehabilitation Ltd, an early intervention agency.
